The bakery was founded in the 19th Century, and restored in 1916 in a Modernist style reflecting the contemporary art movement.

empanadas and cocarois.The shelves are also well stocked with a good variety of local wines and traditional liquors such as sweet or dry Mallorcan hierbas.Since 2008 Palma de Mallorca’s emblematic bakery expanded to the adjacent café which now invites customers to enjoy typically Spanish dishes and island specialties such as Binissalem wines and Balearic cheese on its wonderful terrace or on rustic barrels indoors.

Opening Hours: The Forn des Teatre café and terrace is open every day from 08:00 to 01:00, but the bakery closes earlier at 21.00.
Group discounts are available. Also boxed ensaimadas can be delivered to hotels and the harbour.
